Looks like Trump will not only end up brokering a deal to end the war between Russia and Ukraine, he is also making sure the USA gets something in return for all the money and weapons we have sent. Unlike the prior administration, who just wrote blank checks with little oversight.

KYIV, Ukraine – Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy pored over a once-classified map of vast deposits of rare earths and other critical minerals during an interview with Reuters on Friday, part of a push to appeal to Donald Trump’s penchant for a deal.

The U.S. president, whose administration is pressing for a rapid end to Ukraine’s war with Russia, said on Monday he wanted Ukraine to supply the U.S. with rare earths and other minerals in return for financially supporting its war effort. “If we are talking about a deal, then let’s do a deal, we are only for it,” Zelenskyy said, emphasizing Ukraine’s need for security guarantees from its allies as part of any settlement.

Ukraine floated the idea of opening its critical minerals to investment by allies last fall, as it presented a “victory plan” that sought to put it in the strongest position for talks and force Moscow to the table.

“We need to stop (Russian President Vladimir) Putin and protect what we have – a very rich Dnipro region, central Ukraine.”

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy

Zelenskyy said less than 20% of Ukraine’s mineral resources, including about half of its rare earth deposits, were under Russian occupation.

Rare earths are important in the manufacture of high-performance magnets, electric motors and consumer electronics. Zelenskyy said Moscow could open those resources to its allies North Korea and Iran, both sworn U.S. enemies.

“We need to stop (Russian President Vladimir) Putin and protect what we have – a very rich Dnipro region, central Ukraine,” he said.

All the while…there are actually “wannabe influencers” up in here still spewing that same shit they did before the ‘16 election…they’re the same kooks that fell in-line and rolled up their sleeves while saying,”Da COMRADES! For The Motherland!!!” like Stalin’s little Matryoshka dolls.

For what is LITERALLY a decade…these foolish media-following geniuses…they’ve been spewing the pre-packaged narrative and following Big Government’s Marching Orders…from lock-downs to the assigned selective outrage over riots that they’re told to get upset about and, of-course, the ones they were told to ignore.

While someone is…FINALLY…going after INSANE GOVERNMENT ABUSE of “The Power of the Purse”….all the minions have is their media instructed personal attacks on the assigned auditors.

The best part? They feign Constitutional knowledge and they act as if they understand the powers of the executive, the legislature and the courts or…and here’s the best part…they seem to scratch their little heads over the difference between those 3 branches of government. Ignorance at its finest…on full display. Priceless.

There’s a few of them, as of late, that appear to have no idea that the last 4 years of Biden combined with the previous 4 years of Russia, Russia, Russia and the 2 years of The Establishment trying to convince them that “Trump is the Devil!” before that…was all created for and played out…for them…The Minions...to follow like the rats of the plague. And they fell for it. ALL of it. Yup, played for fools like the aforementioned dolls of Joseph Stalin…who’d be so proud of them as he stacked them like firewood…

So, you’re all gonna have to forgive me as I sit back, sip my morning café de TeamGreen and laugh at these funny little followers and enjoy their last gasps of feigned intellect.

But, I digress.

Mea Culpa.

And…always remember…

You Can Not Make This Shit Up! ©️

Your argument is nothing more than emotional projection, completely devoid of facts. Let’s break it down.

First, Twitter under the previous regime was censoring people—often in a blatantly one-sided manner. The Twitter Files, released after Elon Musk’s acquisition, proved beyond doubt that Twitter was colluding with government agencies and political operatives to suppress certain viewpoints, shadowban conservatives, and even interfere in elections (e.g., suppressing the Hunter Biden laptop story). These weren’t conspiracy theories; they were documented facts. The outrage wasn’t about “Twitter being mean to conservatives"—it was about a social media giant actively manipulating discourse under the guise of "content moderation."

Second, your claim that Musk has turned Twitter into a "far-right sounding board" is laughable. Musk himself has stated multiple times that he supports free speech across the political spectrum, and his own political stance is more libertarian than traditionally conservative. The fact that the platform now allows voices that were once suppressed doesn’t mean it’s "far-right"; it means it's no longer an echo chamber for leftist ideology. If allowing open discussion feels like a right-wing shift to you, maybe that says more about where you stand than where Twitter does.

Third, your whining about Rogan and Poole is just nonsense. They, like many others, called out Twitter’s previous censorship because it was real and well-documented. Now that Musk has removed many of those suppressive policies, the problem *they were fighting against no longer exists*—so why would they keep complaining? Unlike you, they actually respond to changing circumstances instead of clinging to a victim narrative.

Finally, your attempt at a "gotcha"—"Now bow down to the billionaires!"—is pure projection. You had no issue with billionaires like Jeff Bezos (Washington Post) or Mark Zuckerberg (Facebook) controlling narratives when they aligned with your views. But the moment a billionaire stops suppressing opposing opinions, suddenly it’s a problem? That’s not principled; it’s just hypocrisy.

The truth is simple: free speech advocates fought against censorship when it was happening. The left only cares about it now because they lost their stranglehold on the narrative. You weren’t "conned"—you just can’t handle a world where your ideology is no longer the only one allowed to speak.

It’s funny because “your argument is nothing more than emotional projection and completely devoid of facts” as well.

Oh no! Too many words! My brain hurts! Thinking is so hard—can’t you just sum it up in a meme or a TikTok dance? Facts are scary, and long posts make me sleepy. Quick, someone distract me with shiny objects before I accidentally learn something!

Facts are usually wasted on the libtards here. They’re so butt hurt from the election, their ability to reason is non-existent 😀

Your argument is flawed because it tries to equate two completely unrelated issues—one based on biological reality and competitive fairness, the other on constitutional interpretation and state governance.

The debate over trans athletes in women’s sports is not about personal rights or autonomy; it’s about protecting fair competition. Male puberty creates permanent physiological advantages in strength, bone density, lung capacity, and muscle mass—advantages that hormone therapy cannot fully erase. That’s why sports have sex-based categories in the first place. Allowing male-born athletes to compete against women undermines the very purpose of women’s sports. This is a matter of objective science, not personal preference.

Abortion, on the other hand, is a legal and political issue. Dobbs v. Jackson Women's Health Organization ruled that abortion is not a federally protected right under the Constitution, meaning states can regulate it just like they do other health and moral issues. This is a question of governance, not biology.

Trying to link these two issues is not just illogical—it’s dishonest. One is about maintaining fair competition based on biological differences, the other is about how laws are made and who has the power to make them. If you “can’t see the logic,” it’s because you’re ignoring the facts.

There is no mandate or constitutional duty for the federal government to regulate ‘fairness’ on a sports field.

You complain about people making decisions based on ‘feelings’, yet there is almost nothing more feeling-based than trying to regulate fairness like that.

Again, I am not in favor of transgender athletes competing against athletes of the opposite sex they were initially born as, but there is no good argument for this being a national issue and abortion being a state issue.

As for being dishonest, why don’t we get together over a beverage and we’ll discuss your feelings about that?  You seem to conflate someone disagreeing with you as them being dishonest, and it would be interesting to explore that hubris over a couple of drinks.

It ensures funding, it doesn’t address fairness on the field.

Ensuring ‘fairness’ on the field is a very broad issue, and is not a federal issue. There is no reason why the federal government should be involved in mandating that high school basketball games should be limited to players under 6’ because taller players generally have a big advantage over shorter players.

Your argument collapses under its own contradictions. You admit that men competing in women’s sports is unfair, yet you insist that ensuring fairness isn’t the government’s role. So which is it? Either fairness matters, or it doesn’t. If you recognize the issue, then dismissing it as outside the government’s purview is nothing more than an excuse to do nothing.

The idea that regulating fairness in sports is purely "feeling-based" is absurd. Fair competition is based on objective, measurable biological differences. That’s not an opinion—it’s science. Regulations exist across all levels of sports to maintain fairness, from age restrictions to weight classes to drug testing. Are those "feeling-based" too? No. They exist to prevent an uneven playing field, just like sex-based categories do. The fact that we even have to debate this shows how far common sense has eroded.

As for abortion being a state issue while fairness in sports is national, this is a false equivalence. Abortion involves constitutional arguments about the right to life and states’ rights, while fairness in sports falls under laws protecting equal opportunities for women—like Title IX, which is already federal law. The government absolutely has a role in ensuring that women’s sports remain fair and that the rights granted to female athletes aren’t erased by ideological nonsense.

And your last point? Inviting me for drinks to "discuss my feelings" is a weak attempt to dismiss hard facts as mere emotions. I call dishonesty what it is—dodging, deflecting, and pretending weak arguments hold weight. If you want to have a real conversation, start by bringing something better than empty platitudes and bad comparisons.

His are some of the best replies, to their bullshit, I've seen anywhere on the internet.

While I appreciate the intelligence in his responses...it's still a horrendous waste of his precious time.    It isn't going to enlighten even one of the dumb shits on this forum.

I'm  just here for the latest news of WINNING and the meltdowns in the news.

TXDirt:  here’s the stuff that really has a direct impact on me & you:  https://www.kvue.com/article/news/politics/texas-legislature/texas-senate-proposal-increasing-homestead-exemption-sb-4/269-862badd0-3f8c-48f3-8f78-8cffad0775a4

What goes down in DC is peanuts compared to what goes down at a state level.

I’m not in favor of trans athletes automatically being able to play women’s sports. There may be a few biological exceptions out there that could be considered on an individual basis, but even that is a stretch for me.

But philosophically, how can this be a national issue and a woman’s right to choose be a state issue?

Not trolling, just can’t see the logic in those positions.

There is no mandate for the Federal Government to regulate "Fairness" on a sports Field? Isn't that why women's sport exist to begin with?

Moreover, under Title IX of the Education Amendments Act of 1972 (Title IX), educational institutions receiving Federal funds cannot deny women an equal opportunity to participate in sports.

Edit- sorry Green beat me to it

So you agree with me but think engaging is a waste of time? That’s fine—spectators are always part of the game. But let’s be honest: if no one pushes back against the nonsense, then the loudest, dumbest voices take over.

You’re here for the “winning” and the “meltdowns”? Cool. But wins don’t just happen—someone has to fight the battles that make them possible. If you’d rather sit on the sidelines and enjoy the show, that’s your choice. Just don’t take cheap shots at the people actually doing the work.

To that we can agree.

I think you misunderstood my post.   It was a compliment to you.   Also, I see it as YOU wasting YOUR precious time.   It's not going to change the minds of people who are clearly just trolling this forum.

Nothing wrong with intelligent debate with someone who has opposing views.    ...but you're arguing with unintelligence.

This thread is a microcosm of the motocross world. Alpha males with very little education or life experience, but they think they are very intelligent. They get their news and politics from comedians and tech Bros and Twitter. It's probably the bottom 15-20% of our population when it comes to intelligence, so it makes sense who they voted for. Look up stats on who voted for who when it comes to education and income levels, you'd be startled.

Trumptards are everywhere on Vital and will defend their orange god to the death. Even when the tariffs kick in and they're paying double on Temu for their counterfeit Fox riding gear, they'll still be all in in Trump, and keep buying their Melania meme coins and gold Trump sneakers.
