ive read where some guys are swapping their shifters on the crf250r to a crf150 shiftet because of the length to make it easier to shift because of having big boots. anyone know what year crf150 they are putting on the crf 250r ?? thanks ...
The 150R has basically never changed since its inception so I’d imagine any year would work.
I went with a Hammerhead shifter, a little longer and the tip was longer too made it much easier to shift. Yamaha seems to have much longer tips.
I am under the impression the 150R shifter fits air cooled CRF250F, not an R. Unless we are talking different years.
I have a 150R shifter (Tusk) on my 2019 CRF250F trail/pit bike.
