Or maybe my comment had nothing to do with Haiden and was simply pointing out that in our sport the next sure thing is always right around the corner.
I've never met Haiden, so I have no personal feelings about him one way or the other. I do know that the industry and fans (me included) anointed him the 250 West Supercross crown before the gate ever dropped in Anaheim. 2 rounds in, he has certainly not displayed the dominating performance many of us were expecting.
Davies is looking like he is going to be something. Reminded me of a young McGrath.
Drew was on a 250f racing B class at 13 years old. Vohland stayed on a supermini until he was 16, then raced 125's for a year at 17 before turning pro. One is ready, the other wasn't.
Not to mention Adams is going to be a big boy I don't think he'll be on a 250f very long. Sucks to waste a season.
I coached both families for there first 5yrs of racing

Umm yea no. I made this post to talk about how good the new guys to the class look. Thats why I said beaumer, davies, and then drew adams. I didnt realize I’m not allowed to talk about anyone else besides deegan, and that he has to be mentioned in every single thread… Deegan isnt a new guy and everybody already knows how good he is, this thread was about the newcomers and how mature they already look.
Agree.... Let's just think of Beaumer as the moto version of Kimi Raikkonen.
Well one can sure see the similarities in style, although I'd expect their technique has continued to evolve over the years since.
What does that matter AC never rode anything bigger than a supermini as an amateur one of the reasons he won 11 titles at lorettas lol
