Crap, i'm confused. It kind of looks like the rider has a leatt brace on. But, maybe that's just a big four-thumping exhaust. I'm going with Stewart and his signature one handed whip.

I first thought it was Ricky too, since the left hand is off the bar. A lot of times Ricky would have to slide his hand up off the grip due to his short stature on huge whips. It looks pretty Stewart'ish to me though.
