Let's get the names/bikes/numbers cleared up in this classic 1982 photo of what may have been the most talented assortment of mini riders to ever hit the first turn at Saddleback:
What I do know (at least pretty sure) is this:
#6 = Bruce Bunch (Suzuki)
#1 = Paul Denis (Kawasaki)
#4 = Rick Hemme (Suzuki)
#5 = Larry Brooks (Yamaha)
#99 = Mike Healey (Honda)
#9 = Danny Storebeck (Yamaha - open face white helmet on top of photo)
#335 = Billy Frank (Kawasaki)
#66 = Robert Mason (Honda)
What I don't know:
#? = Bike on the ground? Sam Storer?
#? Top outside on Kawasaki is this Willie Surratt?
