If it’s a newer bike find someone to swap their Husky parts with you or go buy a new white bike.
Yeah the 23+ gen bikes are taller than the previous gen. I have the Husky. The -10mm is nice and it is still not a “short” bike by any means.
Having the suspension lowered internally is the correct way. Doesn't cost much more than a standard service and is reversible if ever needed
That's probably the route I'll end up w th . I might try a lowering link and drop the forks first to try

SDI sell a spacer you can rebuild the shock with that will shorten it 2mm which lowers the back end 8 to 10mm
Shortening the air fork is harder, you can't do it with spacers, the air cartridge rod needs to be shortened and rethreaded
I installed the Seat Concepts lowered seat on mine. It's 11mm shorter than stock which isn't huge but definitively noticeable. I played around with the lowing link via the adjustable Luxon link, but didn't like the way it made the bike handle so I run the stock length. My friend has a '23 Husky FC450 and I really like the lowered suspension on his bike. If you could find someone with a Husky that wanted to swap suspension that would be the best route if not I would look into having a suspension shop lower it for you. You want to try to avoid messing with the geometry and progressiveness of the rear link as much as possible.
This. If you're wanting to lower the ends 10mm the Husky parts are definitely the cleanest, easiest, bolt-on way to go. Keep in mind, you need the entire front fork. The husky outer tubes are physically shorter. You do not get the same effect if you drop Husky cartridges in KTM tubes. You can get complete new takeoff or barely used forks from places like CM Offroad. For the rear, you need the knuckle (triangle cantilever) and the pull rod. The Husky shock also has a taller bump stop end cap on the body to slightly shorten the stroke of the shock. You could ride it with the KTM end cap on but you will get excessive tire to fender contact if bottoming over big jumps and such.
I guess I should've have stated I have KYB conversion up front . I have talked to my tzr guy and he said it's easy to shorten forks and shock . Thanks guys
Start with a lower seat. Take that out of the equation as it’s a very cheap and easy mod. You could lose about 1” off the stock seat.
Then it's more effort to stand up , I'm old 😔
You could also get lowered pegs
