Anybody order any graphics kits from Rival Ink in Australia? I ordered a full graphics kit from them back on 20 November. I still haven't received it. They say call USPS and USPS says it's in the Australian postal service channels. According the the Australian postal tracking number its in New York. I assume its hung up in customs but why so long?

I would have gone with someone in the states but I have an older KTM SXF 350 and all the kits have orange in them. I don't like orange so I have new Acerbis white plastic ready for graphics. I'm a big F1 fan and they had a retro Martini Racing kit that was perfect for my white plastic.

Ordered from them in the past and they were pretty good with shipping times. It’s been a few years since I’ve ordered from them though.

Ive had a few sets of their graphics, the quality of the product is great and the shipping times are usually "normal" with maybe an extra 2-3 days. I ordered a set of graphics on black friday and Im having the same issue. I got a notification when they arrived in "NewYork" which took about 4 days, but they have just been sitting there since. I assume it just customs taking their time.

I’ve ordered from Rival several times. They’re always quick with printing and shipping, but one set did get hung up in NY customs for a few weeks like other posters said. I wouldn’t hold it against them, but it’s an unfortunate circumstance of dealing with a company outside the US. I’m sure once the excess holiday shipping calms down in the next week or so, they’ll be at your doorstep.

Thanks for the replies. At least I know it's happened before. Guess I'll have to be patient.

Actually just went through this. Ordered late november and they shipped on time, but were held up in Miami customs for 2 weeks. USPS never updated the progress after that, rather I just got a notification that they were due to be delivered. So yep, just have to be patient.

Customs stuff can be so random. I've had stuff get stuck in customs for as long a 2 months before!   Fedex is the best at communication with customs issues. They assigned me 2 dedicated people to work on my shipments. So no matter what time of the day or day of the week, I can always reach a real person. I might not like the answer they have. But its much better than crossing my fingers and hoping it all works out.

Most stuff I import comes from Italy or England . I ask for Fedex whenever possible. I'm not sure if a regular person who is not importing often would also get the same treatment from Fedex, I have a business account with them. But its worth looking into if You order stuff from other countries often.

DHL has been the worst ,and they were the place that I had an order of plastic stuck for months with. No updates on tracking and then it just showed up. It had gotten very wet.

Dude this is like my 3rd order from rival, they are great but this time I ordered my customs on Black Friday and they sent them out on the 15th

They have been stuck in limbo somewhere since the 21st with no update, they really shouldn’t use Australia post to import because we U.S citizens have no way of contacting them and I now have no clue where it truly is. IMG 4292.png?VersionId=

I’ve ordered from SKDA and Omega (also in Aus) and experienced similar shipping times. Great products, just part of the game imo

Some great company’s listed in here! If you’re looking for someone based in the US, try EmRossi. Many different options as well. Kits with pre set logos starting at $120, semi custom $154, & completely custom kits for $249.
