Glad you are all doing well. I always wondered where you were.
What classes did you ride in at Rio's 1977 NMA?

Hey, humyam1u,
Can you identify any of these guys from the 1977 NMA championship race at Rio Bravo?

DON'T know why but got sick of all that stuff.
Pit Row
I look forward to seeing your pictures. I rode the 83cc stock expert 7-11 and the 105 open. For whatever reason, the only '76 pictures I can find are of Central qualifiers (Nebraska City, NE; Byron, IL; Cedar Rapids, IA) and not of the National at Springfield.
Please post or include a link. I'm excited to relive the old days...
HORNETDRIVER
I am not sure of the name, but it was something like that. I seemed like the track's dirt was black mulchy tree bark like, and it seemed real loose. I just remember kissing the trophey girl.,at age 7 when i recieved my trophey. lol I am sure it was my first kiss. Hornetdriver I will send them to you when i get them online. I did have the oppertunity to speak to Ron Hendrickson NMA founder a few weeks ago and he and I had a great old school conversation about the 76 and 77 NMA finals. He said that the reason Rio Bravo never held them again was because of the poor toliets they had. I just remeber they had this old wooden building with rotting floors that had no running water, so it was like a big out house. I was bit by a spider in there and yes on a bad place lol.
