Anyone run these in their tech 10s? I like how they lace up in the front.

No one sells them. You’d have to buy a pair of the super tech boots, or have a shoe cobbler modify the ones you’ve got.

Think a lot of the pros run the lace up booties, seen them in athlete only boots on MX locker and DBD

I just use a fabric hole punch & lace up the standard tech 10 bootie that comes with it. Helps a lot

It boggles my mind that Alpinestars doesn't add laces to the Tech 10 inner bootie. I run the Supertech R boots when i do track days and the laced inner bootie is 10 times more secure and better feeling compared to the one that is in the Tech 10 boots.

You can make a Tech-10  bootie into a similar bootie as the SuperTech. It takes a few tools to do it clean but the results are way better once done. I have modified a few already and everyone loves the feel. I add a thicker insole also which really helps tighten the toe box area too. Overall you get a more connected feel to the bike and the boot feel much more of extension if the body rather than dead weight.

Does that closure make a pinch point if not wearing knee braces?

No. No pinch point. Plus there are a few different styles of closures. The laces are elastic and really do a good job of holding in place without much effort in a mechanism

The biggest tool needed is an eyelet setting tool. You need a professional unit to get into some of the areas in the boot. I don't recommend a hand set tool. You also need eyelets and a sewing machine. Tools most people wouldn't invest in.

Would you offer this modification to those of us interested? And if so, what would you reckon it would cost?

Absolutely I can hook you up. I have a pair now in progress and another just went out. I do them for 70 a pair.

I don't make them. I modify your existing booties.

They are coming. Little ways out.
