Somehow RC and Stewart never got to be teammates for MXdN... so it got me thinking about the Teams that should've happened.
'02, '03, '04, '05: Carmichael, Stewart, Windham
'06, '07, '08: Carmichael, Villopoto, Stewart
'09: Villopoto, Dungey, Alessi
'10: Villopoto, Canard, Dungey
'11: A Team
'12: Stewart, Baggett, Dungey
'13: Villopoto, Tomac, Dungey
'14: A Team
'15: Dungey, J.Martin, Tomac
'16: Dungey, Webb, Tomac
'17: Tomac, Osborne, Baggett
'18: A Team
'19: Tomac, Cianciarulo, Osborne
'20: Tomac, J.Martin, Sexton
'21, '22 (A Team), '23: Tomac, Cooper, Sexton
'24: Tomac, Deegan, Sexton
No J-Law?
Dungey's in there a lot...
He was so consistent and reliable for so long
There's some seriously unstoppable teams listed there, but RC, RV & Stew wouldn't have happened in '08 because RC retired at the end of '07. Would have had to be Stew, RV & Ferry.

May as well add 01 in there
The Tomac/Cooper/Sexton team did happen at Red Bud a couple of years ago. I think RC got hurt or sick back in 2006 which allowed Tedesco to ride the 450 at MXoN instead of him. Otherwise that dream team would have happened.
Hurt his shoulder at the last round at Glen Helen that year (‘06).
Baggett got lapped in 2012 so I don't think I'd include him on the team in hindsight
15: Dungey, J.Martin, Tomac was in 2014
Which is why I put "A Team" on 2014.
It would be cool to add who the "A-teams" were, and the positions all these teams earned. How many "B-teams" still got it done would be interesting stat to see.
