I think Alessi did get the holeshot.

If he can pull a holeshot at this track, we can forget the 350 being a problem for him.

Awesome for Alessi. Get out the broom for Sunday!

Did Alessi get the holeshot?
The running time at the start of the race had him out in front through the first lap, most likely.

Yeah that's what I was thinking too. Except for maybe Southwick where the start is in the sand uphill.

I aint bustin on Sipes Im more making the point that Hughes must be flying. If Sipes was inspired and Hughes last three laps were quicker as well. I wonder if this Hughes fellow has thought of doing this sort of thing professionally.

How is Ryno's best time still just one second off of the world champ's time? He obviously hasn't just been sitting on the couch because I don't even think he started preparing for it until just recently. Sounded more like they were scrambling to put a bike together.

Dang!

Ryno rides and trains a lot! He's been ready for a long time. He trains Friese, Dietrich, and Decotis. Jimmy said he rides and trains right along side of them.

Ryno raced a British Championship National last year, was way way off the pace, like 12th overall! He had a great qualification ride on home soil, but lets face it, this race was still just Qualification, top 10 gate pick is all that is required, raceday is tommorrow lads!

Sorry, went to bed last night...

Yes, i was referring to the retired Everts. He is not racing in Glen Helen, and neither are RV and JS.
Why always bringing up someone else ? Alessi did great, not ? Why do you have to talk about people that are not racing and say that they will beat everyone if they were ? You don't know that. You don't know if they would win.

Just enjoy a day of great racing. I think it's great that Mike is up there. At least he has the guts to try it in another series. I don't care if he wins or looses. I just think it's great that he is there.
From your posts, like "real racing starts next weekend", i saw that you are not at all interested and impressed by the GP series. That's ok man. But if you are not interested, why are you posting in this topic

Ryno has always been in fantastic shape. I hope he rails tomorrow! Who was that famous bike rider he used to go on long cycling rides with a few years ago?

This is a huge race, on our Memorial Day weekend.

If the internet coverage today is better than Hangtown last weekend,....I'll be following it more.

Wow, Bobyreshev and Townley have just laid down a 2.17 each in practice. Same time as Alessi yesterday.

I can't see Albertson's name in the warm-up results. Did he hurt himself yesterday?

Play by play is not necessary when the live lap charts are available to everyone free.
