Actually it does as it doesnt swap the cases, per the rule you quoted, they can be modified and material can be removed or added. It is a modified case and a bolted on part.

Jack Grez is the Owner of Wideopen graphics and that’s a swedish company. 

He has used a RMX bottom end but the Twisted bike is still based on a RMZ bottom end with a pantera kit as i mentioned earlier in this thread.

And the pantera kit just use a different flywheel cover so that will be AMA legal.

If you follow my comments above, I was responding to the video posted by @jrb2216 which showed the Wideopen graphics electric start using the RMX crankcase, which is not AMA legal.
