Bought a set of Ride Engineering Triple Clamps and bar mounts for my 2007 RM250 and not sure this is right.
I contacted RE and they told me that the arrows on the mounts should be pointing together (which they are). I tried multiple ways but it seems like the bar mount is too wide.
Anyone experience this fitment with RE triple clamps and bar mounts? The posts aren't centered and I'm wondering if this is normal.
Thanks

Kawi bar mount spread is 94mm on the forward holes and 98mm on the rear holes. Suzuki spread is 96mm. Instead of making a 96mm mount, they just rely on the cone squish to make a 94 or 98 fit in the 96 spacing to reduce inventory. Looks like you've got a 98 squished into a 96. It "works", but I wouldn't consider it correct.
Wow. Thank you for the detailed explanation.
Do you offer any mounts that would fit these triple clamps? For a 1 1/8" bar
Assuming the Ride clamps use the stock Suzuki cone geometry and the stock 96 mm spacing (it looks like they do, but I'm not 100% sure), then these will work:

Similarly, our our new 4-post bar mount will work as well, assuming the Ride clamps use the stock Suzuki cone geometry (spacing is irrelevant with these):
