X2...great race. Love the change up the walls provided.
ddog hit the nail on the head. i hate the cookie cutter tracks. the top guys can hire a track maker to come to their house and build a cookie cutter track and they just memorize it and we see the same style formatted track week in and week out.
if you want cookie cutter tracks, just go to nascar ... atlanta, charlotte, st louse, kansas city, las vegas, california, and texas are all the same. darlington had personality, they took that out, rockingham was unique, they took that out, and etc.
the nationals are on 12 different tracks, with different layouts and terrain. that is motocross, and as far as a know, sx is supposed to be patterned after mx ... in theory.
i loved the old days when you had the turnstile jump and the colisium, the towered matterhorn, over/under tunnel jumps, pontiac use to go up in the stands and daytona use to be very unique. i was dissappointed at last years daytona sx.
i love those wall of death jumps. the racing seems to be tighter, just seems to me that a rider has to think now instead of just going off automatic memory. i'm laying it on just a tad thick, but you guys that have been around the sport awhile know what i mean.
i dont know whose idea it was to have rider designed tracks, but my hat's off to them.

+1
A2 was the best Anaheim track I've seen in years.
Ya of course they did. And the Bush Admin was behind 9/11
Get your tin foil hats ready boys.
The track was so easy it gobbled up Chad Reed and spit him out.

I think the part that gobbled him up was the part that Bubba didn't design.
Pit Row
Go back and listen to the webcast interview of james.
he says the 2 walls were not his design.
i believe DW put those in to slow down the lap times.

Was the interview before the racing, or was it during the "Halftime"
(I ask this because I don't want to listen to the whole race for one little thing, so I'll look for it.)

Just stop typing dude.

Why because you're stuck on Chad's nuts? You hate James and you'll take a shot at him any chance you get Even if Chad blows the win. Your exactly like Scott Kalisch. The majority of the shit you post is boarder line retarded.
You should really take your own advice.

Because I said James' track was a 30 second piece of shit? It was. They had to add shit to make it longer. Where are the tracks that used to be technical? They would be a minute to a minute 5. Do you honestly think that the tracks they make now aren't to his advantage completely? James' track was the typical James Stewart blitz the whole thing track and be home in time for dinner. It fucking sucks.

DW actually lengthened the track Stewart designed to get the lap times up.[/quote:1y71jpgo][/quote:1y71jpgo]
Think the part your forgetting is Stewart didn't race and it was known for quite sometime.
So who really benefitted from the Stewart designed track? Not him for sure and according to you, Reeds crash was not part of Stewarts track.

What? Reed crashed on the part that Stewart didn't design?
That what you said.
That what you said.[/quote:14gtiq9d]
Did he not plan the shit before he knew he wouldn't be racing it? Yea, he planned a piece of shit that they should have ran 40 laps on. This isn't arenacross.
So did I. Good thing they added those wall because if they didn't we would have been dealing with a 10 minute main.
