Last year I bought a Ktm 300. When I rode it for the second time I noticed that the head gasket had sprung a leak. Long story short it was because the studs had pulled out of the cylinder.

I sent the cylinder, head and carb to Tom for a repair and port work. It took a few months for me to find the time to put everything back together but once I did I noticed that I still had the same problem however it wasn’t the two previous studs that Tom had repaired. After a quick phone call Tom said he’d have the rest of the studs fixed asap. Again it took a few months to tear everything down and ship it out.

Once I had shipped everything to Tom I had asked him to include a top end gasket kit so I could just pay him and not have to order it elsewhere. This morning he had asked for my new shipping address and I thought it was odd because I hadn’t paid an invoice yet. When I replied he told me that the gasket kit was in the shipped package free of charge even though the issue wasn’t his fault. Tom Morgan is the man.

TMR is the best, I have had lots of motors done by PC, Noleen and Race Tech. Bought bikes with Varner, Gorr and others over the 40+ years of being in this sport.  Toms work is top notch, warranty?  No one wants anything to do with you once they are paid and the parts are out of the shop.  Tom will always take care of you, go the extra mile as well. I have not used anything from Twisted as of yet, But I just don't see the need to go anywhere else, Toms customer service is beyond anything his competitors have. And Bang for the buck? Again, he is better than the others.  Braaap!!

Back in 2001 I bought a new KX 250.  I sent the motor and suspension out to Tom.
A while later my 327 stroker was delivered.   A few days later I went ro lick up my suspension from a local shipping center.   I sent everything out in a gun case and it was shipped back in the same case.   I went to pick thw case up and the case was empty.  Someone, somewhere  in thw shipping pipeline had pulled everything out of the case.
Tom took care of me as he had to buy all the components and build another set.

Then a few months later, I ran a different race fuel than what he recommended.   I ended up

Seizing the top end.   He replated thw cylinder, replaced the piston and rings and sent it back to me.

No charge and it was my screw up.

So, I was glad to read that others have had great experiences with him as well.

Oh yeah, the bike was super responsive.

I could finally clear every 15 foot double I came across.  😂😊😎, ok, I made that last part up.

I’ve had 2 bikes built up by TMR, will not hesitate to send bike number 3 to him when that itch comes.
