I will never vote for Donald Trump. There is no one he could run against that would change that. Trump is an asshole, and I'm pretty sure even his supporters agree with that, but my reasons are less about him and more about the groups that he empowers. We've seen examples over the last 8 years, but I'll give you one that's top of mind for me right now:

Last month the largest Protestant group in America voted to ban IVF. They also voted on whether or not women should be allowed to be pastors. They've taken down abortion and have banning birth control and divorce on their agenda. They want child marriages. They want women to be prisoners to their husbands. They are powerful, they are persistent, and they so believe that Donald Trump is the man who can help make their dreams come true, that they ignore every reason they should be embarrassed to call him their savior. I personally cannot give an inch in helping these people get their way.

Abortion wasn't taken down. Abortion was revisited by the Supreme Court and overturned as a Constitutional right, and turned over to the states.

You do realize even the liberal saint Ruth Bader Ginsburg had reservations about the original decision on abortion and thought it needed to be reviewed, right?

None of it adds up because we aren't being told the truth and we most likely won't know the truth. The sheer amount of mistakes is way way to coincidental and I personally do not believe in coincidences that large.  When a number of steps have to be taken to allow something to happen what does that tell you? It was orchestrated.  From top to bottom, they botched this up pretty badly and it will be interesting to see how this pans out, but i can assure you this is going to get uglier. I’ve said before that I didn’t want to vote for Joe last time and don’t want to vote for him this time. I’m not alone. The 2020 election was Trump against Not Trump and 2024 is going to be the same. I/we want Trump to not be president more than anything. Everyone who says that is correct.

@inflammable First, I didn’t know I could tag people this way. Neat. I don’t know Trump’s motivation but I think losing in 2020 was as much a part of his origin story as Obama telling him to his face that he’d never be president.

I gotta punch out for a few hours ✌️

Your group-think and blame game are just too silly to argue with…but…

Here’s a condensed version…

You’re quite literally throwing the baby out with the bath water due to your “blind following” of a dangerously distracted narrative.

Now, I’m sure that’s seen as an offensive post. It’s not. It’s quite literal and said with more love, respect and consideration than can possibly come across on a forum.

Makes sense.

You guys think I’m a troll sometimes and honestly the feeling is mutual. I said I wouldn’t vote for him. I didn’t say anything about voting for someone instead of him. If I considered Trump the less reprehensible of two candidates I can’t imagine I’d be voting.

The Right is tired of being lied to, and the Left is tired hearing the truth.

Who could forget the left-leaning press describing peaceful protests while structures were aflame in the background, and BLM turned out to be a money grab. Biden can't tie his shoe without the minions that surround him, to say nothing of making a decision. They keep the stooge on ice until another dreadful public appearance is needed.

Do you remember Russia, Iran, South Korea, and yes Isreal being held in check. Reasonable gas prices, food, and housing, criminals being locked up appropriately, me too.

Wow......................there can only be two options on this debacle, the sheer level of incompetence on show was frankly one of the strangest things I have ever seen, are they really that incompetent or did they let it happen?.........Have a look at the below clip

https://x.com/i/status/1813298095494447197

It is literally a Benny Hill scene, just speed it up a bit and cue the music! They were stopped by what is lucky to be a 6 foot high fence and waiting for a car to ram the gate down..............WTF? I could have been over that fence in literally 2 seconds and I am old and fat.

Also it is being reported that prior to this rally most of the MSN either would not be at the rallies or would not stream any footage with the usual excuse of not letting Trump promote his platform yada yada yada but this time they were filming live................why?

There are so many anomalies it is no wonder people are questioning what has happened or what has really happened. Remember this?

Intelligence Has ‘Six Ways From Sunday Of Getting Back At You’ (thefederalist.com)

Gives every reason to question the official narrative especially when we know the Pee Pee hoax was untrue, the Hunter Biden lap top is real despite 51 "intelligence" people telling us is was not which swayed the election, the Ashleigh Biden diary is real, the spurious impeachments, the situation in Ukraine and what led up to it and the list goes on, the world needs a strong America not the shit show we are seeing now.

Yes, very timely.  Wonder if they’ll put him on a ventilator…

Wouldn’t be surprised if the SS Director comes down with it too.

First thought it was a sympathy ploy.

But it's more like the set up for an exit strategy.

So yes, you actually did. Just not in those words.

You guys think I’m a troll sometimes and honestly the feeling is mutual. I said I wouldn’t vote for him. I didn’t say anything about voting for someone instead of him. If I considered Trump the less reprehensible of two candidates I can’t imagine I’d be voting.

Gotta ask. Have you ever changed your mind based on something someone else has said that went against the things you believe?

Seeing your posts, you come across as the person who believes they’re right under every circumstance.

That is pathetic...Who-living or dead-would have to be running against Trump for you to not want that person to be president more than anything (more than Trump) to the point you'd vote for Trump?

Why do you hate trump that bad?  I honestly don't get it...

Donald Trump, and Adolf Hilter?  You're voting Hitler?
Donald Trump and Stallin? You're voting Stallin?
Donald Trump and Jeffrey Dahmer? You're voting Dahmer?

Which proves my point...you have no credibility on this topic, because you are so emotional about it...its not a logical decision you are making.

And you base this, entirely on the one political action group? Who wants some radical fringe ideals that will never happen?  Where have they said they believe Trump is the man who can make their dreams come true, AND THEN, where is Trump saying he will do that?

They didn't take down abortion...they left it up to the states...ban birth control and divorce?  LOL (those that would have to vote to ban it have used it, and done it...not going to happen) Women to be prisoners to their husbands? Are you always a drama queen or do you just pretend to be one on the internet?

You fearing this, is as irrational as a right winger worrying about the government taking all their guns...just...stop.

I predict that in about a decade or so, you'll have your eyes opened by the reality of life (having lived a bit more of it), and look back and laugh at your former political views.

Shame others are not afforded the same opportunity you had….you know…. to live and all that stuff.

If you killed me right now, it wouldn’t matter to me that I ever existed. I can’t imagine I would’ve felt much different if you did it before I was born.

The question you responded too left you with two choices, vote for trump or vote for someone else...not voting wasn't an option...and you said you'd never vote for trump...meaning the only other possible choice was you'd vote for the other person...don't try and back peddle your way with this non-sense "i won't vote for anyone".  That wasn't an option...
