I have a TLD, I like it, I barely notice it, it feels just like my open face because it has a large opening. I haven’t tried any others, don’t know if that helps or not but I’m happy with it.
Fly has a really good BMX full face. They start at $100 (BMX Rayce), then $250 (MX Formula Krypton), then $500 (BMX/MTB Werx-R). I don't recommend the Rayce, but my son wears the Werx-R and it's a good helmet. Full carbon and a wide face area for good visibility. The Krypton is a little more budget friendly and a little heavier, but has Mips and upgraded safety features that the higher-end helmets have.

You really need to try stuff on. I have the 100% trajecta which I really like but tried a lot of stuff on that fit me pretty bad.
My boulderhead friend wears a 6D motocross helmet for the very reason you cite. I don't know if their MTB helmets are sized in super-extra-voluminous, but it's worth a look.
As for me, I wear a TLD Stage when I ride at the bike park or on serious enduro days. I love it because it's light AF and still downhill certified. The only drawback is that I can't easily get a water bottle to my lips.
