Not a Hansen fan, but it sure is fun watching him ride a dirt bike. Loved him back in the YOT days, then didn't care for his lack of fight... then was re-fanned after watching him dominate X Games with McGrath-ish form only to lose faith in him again as he pissed away another opportunity. Wasn't at all surprised to see his speed at A1, but I was surprised to see him get a win at the last race of the year after not being on the podium all season.

To put my ramble into perspective...

What spoke the most to me was the fact that, although he wasn't putting in results, he kept trying and won in the end. It is easy to keep the ball rolling once it's going, and it is easy to move out of the way when the ball is trying to run you over, but to stand in there, face the ball as it's charging at you trying to run your ass over and to push it back up the hill... that takes something special. Josh Hansen pushed that ball up the hill at Salt Lake City.

He may run away with it in Vegas. You just know all the tops dawgs will hang it out right before the Nationals to win a non points race like the shoot out. "C-Note" will shut them sucka's down. He owns non points races.
