What would you guys say is a fair price for this bike?
It has 20 hours on it.
He is asking for 5800 usd but im not sure if that is more than what it should be or if its a decent price since it is barely ridden.

The last gen Austrian carbureted 125s are great bikes from what I understand. Are those aftermarket DID rims? I would try and buy it if you can, unfortunately I don't have a great sense of the $ value but it seems just slightly high.
I listed my 22 for 4500 it was roughly that clean. It sold in 2 days, which says that’s probably a little low.
I would say closer to $5000 there are plenty for sale right now.
also I must point out, Sellers, Put the bike on a stand and take proper pics!! When I see bikes posted for sale, and the pics have the bike tied up in the back of a truck or leaning on a tree, it really makes me think.... Did they know what they were buying? do they even have a bike stand? If not how did they do regular work on it?
Always best to put in a new top end on a used bike-the Owner's Manual will tell you to do it at 15 hours. The first owner may have not properly oiled his air filter, may have never cleaned the air filter, may use low octane gas, may not have properly warmed it up before riding it. Spend the $150 in parts, have the peace of mind to know the vital wear parts in the engine are all new.

I see might be able to get him to go down to 5300 usd but after reading responses seems to be abit to much still. Forgot to say even im from Sweden even though my profile says US. There is another one for 4300 usd that is a tc 125 2021 with 80 hours on it (he has had it for 18h, bought it from a mx dealer when it was around 60 hours) . I will send a picture of it below though my guess is this is also abit overpriced. Dont have info on when piston was last changed etc. But im guessing a bottom end wont be needed until 150 ish hours? Top end i can do myself but dont have the tools needed for a bottom end at the moment.
He still has original plastics and exhaust.
Comparing the tc 125 to the gasgas which one is probably the better deal?
Ye will do that and well since both of the ones ive sent probably hasnt had the piston changed in the last 15-20hours.
I have a 22 KTM125 I'll be selling soon, and I'm gonna be in the $5000 range, so I'd say $4500-5500 is ok for low hours and well maintained. 22s still in demand as 23+ continue to be a problem for racers and tuners. Our 22 frame has under 60 hours, with under 20 hours on a full Haeseker motor rebuild, KTM special cylinder ported by AL Posey, with TSP head and ECU and a Keihen carb. I had it built for 15 hour piston life and 102 octane so it's not a 5 hour time bomb like many mod 125s. Built it for LL but we didn't make it due to a broken arm. Our 20 is pretty worn (150+ hours on the frame) so that one I'm just giving to a kid I know that needs a bike.
I'm not up to date on used bike prices, but if you can get the GasGas within $1000 of the Husky I'd go for it. Are you close enough to go inspect both bikes? Personally I'd be trying to buy the nicest one I could work into my budget.
Im about to put my 23 gg 125 on the market. it has about 20 hours. I was thinking of listing it in the $52'ish range.
Ye i am close enough to go and see both, diffrence is probably going to be around 1.2-1.4k usd!
If the husky is clean and looks good is it better to just go for that one instead?
And thanks everyone for the help!
There were quality issues with 2022 rods/cranks. My 2021 150sx ran a lot better than my 2022 TC125 but that is two different displacements. I assume the gasgas has Brembo hydraulics?
Edit to add that the TC125 was lowered ~10mm front and rear from the factory.
I see
