Just heard about a new track finally coming to Minnesota. Apparently the same guy who built the Sandbox (RIP) is putting this one together. It's going to be a crazy change from the swamps to in front of the grandstands. The cities needed a place to ride without getting yelled at.

Sounds awesome. I rode the old one....wasn't crazy about it. Keep us posted. Its only an 8 hour drive for us crazy Manitobans-no sweat.

Practice- every Thursday (4 to 8pm) starting April 15th. Motocross, Trail Bikes, Pee Wees.

Stadium Motocross Racing- Fridays (May 21, June 11, July 2, July 30, Aug 20, Sept 3). Gates open at 4:00, Practice at 5:00, Racing at 7:00

Sweet, not sure i can make it up there on a thursday. Have you guys ever heard of Victory Creek MX down by Marshall MN? Its a supercross style track. Its all big jumps, pretty fun, no whoops tho, just big jumps. Its worth checking out at least once.

Looks like it is an SX track on the infield of the paved left turn track. Non-AMA. Should be better for the noise, farther from the homes and golf course.

Why can't they just call it supercross? I suppose more people recognize the word "motocross"?

Not that I've heard, but they are looking into different options for the summer.

Not much of a draw when you can ride outside.

There was a post on wisconsinmx.com that they will be closing for the summer. There is an "expectation" that re-opening in the fall may be difficult.

I hope the Sandbox opens back up in the fall. It's great to have the option to ride dirt in the area during the winter months.
