Hi everyone I got scammed by this bastard 🤬
Here below I explain his method.
He contacted me asking if I have Paypal.
He told me he paid, I received an email from PayPal Limit saying I received the payment, but it comes from a business account so I must upgrade my account by depositing $300 to the buyer and I will be credited the total sum (object sold +$300).
He contacts me telling he received an email from PayPal that his money is blocked until I upgrade.
I make the payment
I received another email from PayPal Limit saying that you did not enter the reason "additional refund payment" to redo the payment and all the amounts are credited (item sold +$600)
He contacts me telling that the money is blocked because I didn't provide the reason.
I paid again and money doesn't arrive.
I know I'm an idiot, but the emails were so well done that it wasn't easy to understand the fraud.
I contacted Paypal customer service and My bank’s.
Now I’m waiting for a response from Paypal and My bank 🤞🤞

I reported him on April 30th, so his account should have been locked.

It sure sucks to see guys getting screwed out of their hard earned money and their stuff.

In my opinion, a great way to avoid the scammers is to buy strictly from guys who have a posting history and have been registered on Vital for a few years.
I’ve been an idiot no doubt about that!!!
But the fact that PayPal (at least here in Italy) has human beings in customer service just from Monday to Friday SUCKS!!
Saturday evening when I realized the scam I spoke only with a fucking automatic responder!!! So no solution for the scam in progress. That piece of shit continued to send me email asked me if I had paid… it means he hadn’t received the money yet, but there was no human being that could delete the payments.
Paypal is used worldwide so must have a real customer service 24/7 instead of useless robot!!
I’ve been warning vitalmx for the last week about this guy. As soon as I saw his message about communicating through email, I knew it was a scam. Never trust anyone wanting to do transactions through email.
PayPal disputes take 30 days to get an answer. It’s a nightmare. I got ripped off by a guy on Facebook. I bought an SCT rc truck and the guy sent an older model. I told him maybe he didn’t realize it was 2.0 and I was looking for a 3.0. He talked shit to me and blocked me, wouldn’t issue a refund. I didn’t know what to do, so I did a dispute with PayPal. I paid with my credit card through PayPal which is what I always do for better safeguards. I also disputed the charge with the CC company. When I did that, PayPal would no longer talk to me because now the credit card company is disputing with PayPal. Credit card dispute trumps PayPal’s. Dude had no evidence he sent me the right shit, I got the truck and my money back.
The sad thing is, this guys kid is sponsored by GasGas and he’s ripping people off on Facebook. I thought about railing his ass out on social media but I thought why shit on his kid when his dad is the douche.
Can this guy get blocked already before he scams someone else? He’s just tried it with me too - lucky i googled the email address and this thread came up!
NEVER NEVER NEVER will any bank, credit card or payment service of any type every text or email you to deposit money to some one or business to upgrade your account to complete a transaction especially if you are the one receiving the money.
The only time you would have a possible delay in receiving money, is if you are not a verified business with Paypal and it was done as a business transaction.
I have receive money from clients via Paypal and Venmo and have never encountered a problem so if you don't receive the money before shipping the item then walk away.

He hit me up yesterday for a part I’m selling!! I asked him if he’s the scammer on vital threads and no reply back…
That sucks and people need to be more careful about making payment through PayPal this days because it's very hard to get your money back..
They cant get this jackass off here, hangem and throw this guy in a burn pile
