Well, he did it: Title IX has been butchered

Joe did it. Here’s another one of his great successes…because, we can’t have Title IX doing anything to actually protect the very people it and set out to protect. Nope.

Now, the gallery can tell us that,”Hey, he didn’t touch sports!”
Oh, really? Well, why is that? Is it because THAT is already blowing up I’m his face?

Is it because THAT is the actual REAL PROBLEM HERE?!

We all know it is.

Sure, there are other protections in there; but, feel free to tell us that those new protections in his latest policy fail weren’t already covered protections by other legal means.

There’s nothing he can’t screw up.

Riley Gains has already shown and proven how this entire episode of insanity is doing nothing more than destroying women’s sports categories and championships.

We don’t have to make this shit up. The Left is doing it right in front of us.

The best part? This LBGTQ+ stuff is pulling them down in the polls. Too many of us have daughters that we ARE NOT gonna let Joe degrade.

Leave our daughters alone. Women’s sports are for women with actual female chromosomes.

Science Matters, remember?

So, I’ll say it, again…Leave Our Daughters Alone.

He can go sniff some trans-chicks hair.

I’m jus’ sayin’…

I’m reading about it for the first time after seeing your post, and see this:

“The Biden administration's changes avoid the controversial question of whether schools can ban transgender athletes from competing on women's and girls' teams. Officials have proposed a separate rule on that issue, which they say is still in the works, but offered no timeline.”

Besides that it sounds like the changes are meant to make reporting easier and safer for victims of sexual assault or harassment.

Personal stance: I believe transgender people should be able to live however they want, but I believe trans women’s participation in women’s sports should be scrutinized. Men’s and women’s sports are separated by SEX because men, in almost every sport, have a physical advantage.

The higher the level and the higher the stakes (money, scholarships, etc.), the more it needs to be considered. Blanket rulings won’t work. It’s insane that Lia Thomas, an Ivy League men’s swimmer, could switch to the women’s team, period, never mind after one year of transition.

Political stance: Doesn’t change my vote whatsoever and can’t imagine it will for anyone else.

Did you mean you believe people should be able to live however they want, or do you specifically believe transgender people should be able to live how they want, but not other people?

Also sounds like you didn't read the article very well.

Seems like this is a move back to unfair prosecution of the accused.

This sounds like there is now a moving target for sexual harassment, even moreso than in the past.

You don’t have to make this shit up, do you ?

These folks, The Biden Administration, keep telling us about “Threats to Democracy”…and then they shit all over fundamental constitutional rights

Or don’t we have the right to address our accusers anymore? (as stated in our charter)
Do you notice some familiar things here between what they’re doing and “1984”?
It’s just fucking sad.

I’m of the opinion that there’s all too often…a difference in who we perceive as the victim in this shit. This is a sad and shitty game.

Which, as a dad of a young woman who’s soon to go off for college…is a hard thing to say

Define what qualifies as sexual harassment now.

Also, what is a woman?

Instead of making a lame attempt at turning it on me, how about just being honest and admit that you are ok with kids being molested as long as it's a Democrat doing it.

Tide is turning. People you wouldn't expect are dipping a toe in the water and are starting to realize it's safe to say the obvious. Wackos have dominated this conversation but plenty of less insane democrats also have daughters.

Nice reading comprehension. Did you finish your GED?

All that says is the hearings can now be online instead of forcing them in person.

I'm exponentially more worried about a future where my daughters are sexually assaulted by a man than them being assaulted by a trans person or cheated out of sport success by a trans person or my boy being falsely accused of sexual assault. This is especially true with no exception abortion bans in effect now.

Thanks for your genuine concern. You’re a really good guy.

Your ability to address the vagueness in the language is the part I’m enjoying. Their explanation is all you seem to care about. That’s very impartial of you. Again, you are awesome.

You could also take the very minor L and say “oh I misunderstood” instead of trying to have the last word in a case where you were wrong.

Are you in the schools and an expert on how these situations go down? Oh you’re not? Maybe everyone isn’t lying to you and you could just listen to them - I know it’s hard as a conspiracy theorist like yourself.

They’re skating around the 6th Amend. The rights of the accused are getting tossed around and there have been case law issues regarding these matters over the years.

I see very vague language and I think we’d do well to be very cautious when lawyers are intentionally vague and seem to have an agenda.

I haven’t forgotten the cases where it turns out the falsely accused were the actual victims. Our current legal environment is ripe for “victim-hood” so much so that it’s going out of its way to create them.

Does the 6th amendment apply to in-school mediation outside the justice system when said mediation is done at a state subsidized school?

It's an interesting question.

You making jokes and bringing my daughter in to it? No, that didn’t work. You see, she’s 16 and has considerably better capabilities than you when it comes to language or dialogue. So, that made me feel kinda sorry for you.

If you think your last phrase doesn’t tell anyone reading this who or what you are…? Well, you’re worse off than I thought…you see, now you’ve added…let’s see…oh, there it is…”Little snowflake”. Yup. You got me.

Ouch.

Yeah let’s force MINOR VICTIMS to have to face their abusers. We are talking about minors in school Mr GED

SA is the most underreported crime in the US and you’re literally arguing against something that victim advocates say is necessary.

how deluded can you get?

False accusations occur MUCH less often than real ones and real assaults go unreported because victims are embarrassed, scared or just too paralyzed by the event(s) to come forward.

People do get falsely accused and have had their lives ruined. That sucks, but is not the norm. Those are special cases that you hear about because they are special. Those who are accused will still have a chance to state their case.
