Hey hey, newbie here so thanks in advance for help. My son purchased the below big bore kit for his 99 YZ250. Long story but we damaged the piston and need to replace with new. I’ve had zero luck contacting the manufacturer to buy. The piston is marked 71.94. Is it possible to buy just this seperate online?
I think the Magnum kits are coming with Namura pistons now. Eric Gorr Racing - Big Bore Master List (eric-gorr.com) is supposed to be the designer, so you might contact him, or HOME | magnumdistributing, but I'm sure you can use a WISECO or VERTEX YZ big bore piston in that cylinder. Yamaha updated the engine in 1999, 2000 was a refinement, manual should be the same...

Update: purchased this piston/rings to replace damaged on big bore kit. Install went fine. bikes back to running like a top last two days.
