Define “lots of PVC”.
There are orchardists putting in more PVC than you’ll ever need for a track in eastern Washington, so hard to believe that you’d be getting anything close to the discounts that they get. But if you want to try, I’ve bought an awful lot from S&W Irrigation in Wenatchee. You’re probably better off buying closer to home because of shipping costs, though. If you are buying less than a couple of truck loads, you probably aren’t really buying ‘bulk’ to them, but they are nice enough to try to make you feel like it’s the biggest sale they’ve ever had…..!

Let's say 3000 ft to be safe,Amazon is offering 5ft sticks which is useless to me and Home Depot is 10ft.

Plumber here. Call for a price check between Ferguson, Consolidated and, Pacific. Prices are constantly changing on material. They sell both 10’ and, 20’ lengths.

Edit: Just saw you’re in Tenino. I’m pretty certain those suppliers are definitely in your area. Olympia at least.
