Bearings should be good, less than 10 hours I would say. Has been sitting as a spare wheel last year or so with no use. I would sell just the rear. $225 shipped to Texas. I should have an oem rotor too I would throw in for $25. I am off tomorrow so can ship it out if you decide you want it.
