Who needs a helmet with these SICK training wheels!

I agree, Arai makes one of the best helmets out there. They are nice and light. I would have to say that Airoh is making a pretty sweet lid as well.

Try some on.

I love my Arai, but if my nose was any bigger, it would hit the face guard.

The Shoei has better clearance, and is just as well built.

Arai, Shoei are nice but i have worn Bell helmets for years and crash tested them to. Some helmets just seem to fit better than others Bells fit me.

A helmet is only as good as it fits regardless of who makes it.

Both Shoei & Arai make very good helmets but make sure you get the right shell shape, not just the right size...

Shoei VFX-W

The Arai design is getting pretty long in the tooth.

Yep, Arai's fit me perfect but, not Shoei's.... exact opposite for my buddy... you have to try them on unless you like headaches.

I wore Bell helmets since the first moto star came out in 74 or 75.I always bought the same size, they always fit me perfectly. When they went to small, medium, large ,instead of actual hat sizes I could not find one that fit like it should.I have been wearing an Arai ever since, fortunately, I havent bounced it down the track.....

HAR!!

My crazy neighbor got one of those.

It came in a box that's meant to look like an Anvil tour case.

I didn't have the heart to tell him how ridiculous it is.

Those are all nice helmets, if you like wearing a 3lb or heaver brick on your head. Nothing but airoh"s for me.

I couldn't use Shoei's before either, but those days are gone now with the new Shoei mold. Try one out.
