It was racing, shit happens and people make mistakes. This one happened to be Malcolm's. Did you see Carmichael take out half the field in the truck race? It was just racing, but it was still Carmichael's fault.

Ryan Zimmer, not Zimmerman. Ryan did not go over and almost start a fight. Had cooler heads not prevailed it would have been ugly because there were about 75 people who followed Ryan over to Stewarts pit.

P, I"m not trying to attack Malcom... I think he is a great rider with a great future.
It looked to me like he just made a split second decision at the time, and it was the wrong one. He made up for it the rest of the weekend - trust me.... he is fast and its obvious he has been riding with his brother. The fact that they could shake hands at the end of the weekend made a happy ending to a weekend that started with some drama.

He went over and told Malcolm, I'm paraphrasing, that he thought that sucked. Malcolm did the right thing and walked inside his motorhome and Ryan had a few words with their mechanic and rode off. There was a big crowd following him over, I'm guessing, because they thought there was going to be a fight. It never even got close to that level. The rest of the weekend was good clean racing. Malcolm had a couple of chances to punt Ryan in the last moto and chose not to. Like I said in the first post, the shook hands at the end so good for both of them. It was the best racing in the A class I have seen in a long time.

Wrong again, I referee about 20 races a year in NC/SC/VA and my son is in his 10th year of racing in the area. Sometimes it sucks, but most people in D29/13 know who I am.
