After over 2 years, I finally finished my project. Started as a basket case '94 KX250, bike was literally built from a bare frame up. If the part is not new, it has been reconditioned to like-new condition (except fork seals). Engine just barely broken in, 3-4 heat cycles, only ridden around my block. Bike has '09-up plastic, subframe, airbox, seat etc. Below is a list of what's been done-

ENGINE

- engine  cases, head and covers vapor blasted

- clutch and stator cover Cerakoted bronze

- stock crank with new ProX rod

- cylinder sleeved with new wiseco piston

- all lower end bearings replaced with new from All Balls

- new clutch basket and Tusk clutch

- carb vapor blasted, jetted per Pro Circuit specs (thin head gasket, etc) Runs on VP C12

- Boyesen reeds

- silicone hoses

- new Pro Circuit silencer and good used FMF Fatty pipe

WHEELS/SUSPENSION/BRAKES

- stock hubs vapor blasted, All Balls wheel bearings installed

- Excel wheels with stainless spokes and nipples

- all calipers, masters vapor blasted and rebuilt with new seals, new brake pads

- Galfer stainless brake lines front and rear

- stock rotor in front vapor blasted, new rear JT rotor

- rear shock rebuilt by Six12, new Racetech spring (sprung heavy, for 250lb+)

- front forks need seals and new oil (never got around to rebuilding)

- upper clamps Cerakoted Bronze

- Brand new dunlops front and rear

CHASSIS

- brand new Acerbis plastic

- Throttle jockey graphics

- New complete SDG seat (cover, foam and base)

- new oem airbox

- tank and subframe used, from '12 kx250f

- Renthal 7/8 bars, Cerakoted silver/bronze

- newer Moose footpegs retrofitted

im sure im forgetting some stuff. If you have any questions, just ask. I am asking $4800 for the bike. I have way more into it than that, I obviously know its a '94. Serious offers considered. Bike is located in Florida, I would help with shipping if buyer is not local. Please email me at ants87ss@gmail.com if you are a serious buyer. thanks
