I went all the way back and looked for what people were talking about at this time in previous years. I saw this little gem and thought it would be nice for the old timers to remember "the good old days" and the noobs to see where it came from. This was on page 1106.

Man you got me interested in searching old shit and I got pretty caught up in the thread which was full of speculation about why Nerd was absent from the boards. Crazy, Racetime sounded almost normal back then.

I have spent many hours when the board is slow looking at old stuff, just for grins. It sure has changed alot around here. The biggest thing I think is that post counts per topic are way up compared to the old days. It used to be that there would only be 8 or 10 posts in a thread and now there are upwards of 100 in some. Crazy! Moderating used to be pretty easy around here from the looks of it. I'll bet you a dollar Gibby kinda misses it being so easy.
