I'll respond to your post as it is an awesome one!

That JT gear was about the pinnacle of JT Racings successful history and looked (and still looks) absolutely amazing. I had taken a self-imposed partying and girl-chasing good year hiatus from racing in 1986 when JT- and other gear companies- started coming out with "day-glo" gear.

I was a longtime JT fan and wore the gear and I couldn't wait to return to the track in my own new JT day-glo gear. However- Jeff Ward's day-glo Sinsalo gear and the Sinisalo SCD stuff caught my attention and I went that direction instead.

Regardless- great picture and also what looks to me your collection of some of the best MX gear that ever graced the track! Definitely a really great collection to have!

Thats sick as late as 1986 open face helmets were legit. So much we hardly notice when we see race footage. I cant imagine getting on a bike with and open face helmet.
