Make sure you get the servo motor & all the parts. Mounting the servo motor could be a challenge.  Ignition controls the pv unit, rectifier, etc.  I talked to Budd racing in USA. They can get an ignition for the 04. It will take time tho.  It’s the only after market ignition available. I think it’s a JD.  Stock is great with a ikat. I hv a 05 for sale but I can’t sell the engine separately, sorry.

That thing is high tech with so many options. It’s for a cr250 tho.  Crazy how much of a difference a ikat makes on a 04 cr125.  Throttle response is hyper much stronger through the mid , strange but more topend rev. The stock ignition is pretty good. After market usually does the same with more topend rev.  Nasty weather Chicago to s of Atlanta.  High winds yet , I went in to shave & the power got knocked out.

It will still work on the 2004 CR125, servo wiring is the same...

Where/why would I have to change anything with the servo motor or ignition? that is all still in good condition as far as I know; the exhaust valve actuator arm is what broke off in the cylinder.

IMG 8737 004 is a electronic pv. If you get a 04 use the hrc method it’s on yt. He talks about a paint stick I used a 13mm long socket with black tape to hold it in the exhaust port. 04 needs more momentum & clutch. But time it rt & it has a quick surge that will pull any 125 or ? then a very strong & long mid into the ovr rev. JM Racing has a Great spec  . I think this cr is a 04 . It might be the same rider as old video 04 cr125 Ltm.  Just posted & it locked up.
