The worst part about driving a transporter is other transporter drivers waving at you. Makes me cringe.

Damn, is crime that bad in the UK, that your can't drive down the road with something in the back of a truck without getting robbed?  Seems crazy.  I lived in Stockton for awhile, and not even that place was anywhere near that bad.

Yes.

Wheelie boys are all over, and folk will Airtag you and follow you home.

Plain vans, no signwriting , and sensible approach to social media are a must.

With everyone using delivery services for fun, i wont even have bikes on the front of my property, because these guys miss nothing.

Yep, keep everything as under cover as possible.  I don’t even like running my bike up at home any more.  Way too many people in this country think other peoples hard earned bikes, tools etc are free for the taking.  We are surrounded by a generation of absolute bellends that just need wiping out of society.

Even my Mrs old T4 is worth something after 28 years on the road and by far the least desirable engine option.

I saw a VW with 295,000 miles on it for over £10k a few weeks back . That is insane.

How much do you pay in road tax? It's not so clear to me, what I understood is that a fair recent Van should cost 320 yearly as of now, they don't follow the car rules... For a very old Van, for example like yours, how much do you pay?

It doesn't seem to be so expensive as cars, it's like if there is a discount on Vans because they are obviously less prone to be efficient, but the recent ones are taxed more than cars considering the low average (320 vs 216).

I pay £320 on an old van.

I feel like you may be overthinking it somewhat 😄

you don’t need a £20000 van, nor do you need a brand new bike.  Used 2 stroke and a transit and you’re away.  £35- £40 track fee.  No need to over complicate it for what it is, just get out and have fun.  Life is short.

Rock up pay your fee between £190 to £230 get to ride brand new bikes, they supply clothing. Then at end of day say thanks very much and drive home.

No need for a truck

There are many around UK

Kawasaki do mx days

KTM do enduro and Mx days along with Honda

Gas Gas do enduro that’s just for starters of people I ride with.

I know there are more companies out there, just Google search.

I been doing this since 2008😎

Hi, I'm not sure if I asked so far, but is the fuel and track entrance fee included in what you mentioned?

In case I break something because I fall down, what's the agreement? Shall I pay the full sum or do they have some sort of insurance?
