Stewarts fans, wait 7 months to see their favorite rider race again, he get's hurt and now will be out of action for another 11 months until the SX season begins in January 2011. If he doesn't re-think this SX only contract, You can put a Fork in him, he's done as far as Championships go.

Yip, this is the first time a SX only rider has fubar'd his sole series.

Really shows how incredible MC's and Reeds consistency were.

Good possibility of that, but he's awfully driven & a little bit talented too. Wouldnt be surprised to see him make a few appearances b4 the end of SX. He's using Dr Ting after all!!

...as a "fan" nothing stinks dude, I love every single thing about supercross...even if there was a couple of races a year I would still appreciate it just as much! im an addict!!!

I don't think he's talking about the sport in general, just a huge disappointment for Stewart fans when their favorite rider is probably out for the rest of the year and won't be seen again until next January, because of him not racing outdoors. It was a huge bummer for me to see Chad get hurt, but I look forward to seeing him defend his outdoor title this Summer, because he races BOTH series.

I never liked James or anyone else doing SX only, but now isn't the time to pile on. Im sure he is doing some serious soul searching and I hope he heals up to 100%. The main reason I didn't like him doing SX only is because I enjoy watching him compete because he is such a fierce competitor. Heal up James and ride the MX series cause we all enjoy watching you compete.
