The voice and guitar riffs from April Wine are gone. Sad

RIP Myles. Being an '81 HS grad April Wine was one of my favorites back in the day.

Couldn't believe it when I heard that. He was a Nova Scotian legend. Just did some small town local shows this past summer. Like really recently. Which I couldn't manage to catch.

Damn.

The theme song for Red Bud.  Entering the property it has to be blasted.

Damn.

Loudest show I’ve ever been to was an April Wine gig at the Misty Moon in Hali.

I think people often forget how April Wine could BRING IT! live and how they played legit Rock-N-Roll.

RIP.  Sorry to hear it.  I saw them in a dance club with about 75 people.  I was able to stand right in front.  It was incredible to hear all the songs from them that I’d heard over the balance of my life.

They sounded excellent and the songs from their new CD at the time rocked, too.
