I went with the power flow kit and it works awesome. Eliminates the backfire screen and converts to a more traditional bolted in assembly. Zero risk of the filer cage flexing away from the air box flange with the aluminum cage.
I tried the no toil route first and my first ride i had dust get in my air box from it not sealing. I now have a twin air powerflow kit and like mentioned above it’s a better design and it hits harder in the mid range without the backfire screen
Thanks guys. I was thinking the twin air was the move. Just ordered one up with some Black Friday deals.
I like to try one of these, no glued seams, except maybe the rubber seat.

DT1 just had a 2 for 1 deal. Been using their filters on the 21+ Hondas for a couple years now with no issues.
I've been using the funnel web filters for a few years, they've been really great especially for myself doing 30 min moto's on a dusty or sand track they last longer from the added surface area. Bit more of a pain to oil up and clean versus say a twin air but for the longevity they are great. I usually use them on dry/sand tracks and then use the twin airs on a watered/prepped track.
