Are the green circles just vents, the red are drains?
If one dumps their 2T bike, the float may not work as intended, does the fuel come out of the drains (red) and the overflow at the bottom? Can it also get into the cylinder? Everybody dumps their bike here and there, just wondering if gas will get into the cylinder and leak down into the crankcase.

Yes, if you dump your carbureted bike fuel will leak out of the vent tubes.
However, there's nothing to worry about. A 2 stroke bottom end is lubricated with the premix. Even if you flooded the cylinder and somehow got gas in the bottom end it's not going to do any harm.
This is separate from your transmission/gear oil used for the gearbox and clutch.
I've always knew about top end, thought bottom end refers to the transmission. What is exactly the bottom end? How is it separate from the transmission? How do some people end up having gas in the transmission/gear?
Bottom end refers to the area the crankshaft occupies...
One a 2 stroke the bottom end is sealed from the transmission be seals on the crankshaft, #14 & #17 below...
If the gasket between the crankcases leaks, transmission oil can get into the bottom end and the bike will blow a lot of smoke, and gas can get into the tranmission oil.
ty to both for explaining, also the pics, ahh, i see now.
