Tarz...

Practice this week? Probably not, except for guys who live in TX, or further east, like Florida. The tracks here in CA are mostly clay, and they get completely destroyed when they're ridden on in rain.

Mike? Supercross? 350? Not gonna happen, as much as you'd like to wish it.

Gibby are you insinuating that a good mud racer from Florida might be racing this week.

No. But it wouldn't surprise me to see guys like Dungey or Tedesco head that way if they thought they could get some practice in.

Teams have budgets, too. What they would gain by testing on a muddy day? Not much.

Throw some stock parts on, and rip up the SX track. I would have to think that some mud training might be benificial, learn some new setting and A2 might not be the only mud race this year...San Fran, Seattle...ect.

My money (if I had any) would be on Villo.

you cant really prepare for a mud race

anything can happen, you can get a bad start, you can get stuck in a mud hole, you can lose your goggles and get mud in your eyes, anything is possible. you cant pick a winner

Not much at all. That's why I always practice for race day riding up and down my asphalt street.

I'm gonna laugh when they pull the tarp on Saturday and the track is perfect.

Wow.... It must be a cold day in Hell....!

Its not often I will completely disagree with you steve.

You don't have to send out your full factory bike or go out and jump triples.

All terrain vehicle's don't melt in the rain and mud. Just a good idea to clean her up real good afterward. Dropping it off of a two story building a couple hundred time's can't be good for it either...lol

The best mudders come from wet areas of the country... Because practice always helps, always.....

I still havent recieved that refund..... Maybe you should send it again..Huh

Everybody here at the Warthog SX academy rode today in Palm Springs. about an hour an a half from Anaheim. The track was so sick, it was perfect after the first couple laps.

practice in mud does help.. a lot. if you have no fear of it like RD, you will do well! Has anyone noticed that the cream always rises to the top? Or at least most of the time it does, even in the mudSmile
