Wondering if anyone has ordered from bling graphix... I’ve placed my order through the website but then got a email saying i had to pay through PayPal (which I already did) and saying the cost would be 100 euros more than what I had payed on the website. Any feedback would be much appreciated.
I think they're closed due to the war over there. all the transports messed up.
Yes. Very bad experience. F up my graphics color. I wanted a redo or refund. Send back order. They did nothing and kept graphics(asked shipping cost again).
Their answer was:
yeah but we will not make refund becuse we did our order , so order 50 kits and make refund , so what the fucking buissnes its will be ? can you tell me ?

Sorry for bad news. Hope you get money back. But they are scammed more people. They are based in Lithuania. I am from Estonia so pretty close. There is transport, it just can be slow. No war in Lithuania.

I would dispute the claim sooner rather than later as the process can take a while

In my few experiences with PayPal claims, as a buyer, they are usually pretty good about making it right. They seem to put a lot of burden on the seller to prove they didn't screw you over. I've never had PayPal deny a claim.
Ordered a helmet wrap and graphic kit from them about 2-3 months ago. They were super helpful, went back and forth getting all the details right and shipping was fast. End products were both good, I was happy.
Its been a long time since I have had to deal with a Paypal dispute ,either having one or a customer having one, so it could be different now. But You might have to wait until the time that the graphic company said it would take until your order shipped. If it stated a timeframe on the order page or form , say 2 weeks , or 2 days , whatever it was. Paypal may wait until that time has passed until refunding your purchase. Paypal has always been easy to deal with and is very pro buyer so it shouldn't be a problem. It is probable better to contact Paypal sooner than later. And if they say you need to wait X amount of days , that is better than them saying that you are too late.
You might also want to check and see if they did not refund your purchase or if the money ended up being taken out of your account. I've had software cause mistakes that make an order look like a double order and Paypal reversed the second one automatically thinking it was a mistake. The extra amount might be some custom artwork fee or shipping fee that the site did not calculate. I would try asking them what was going on before posting about them. And give them a chance to explain then you can decide if you want to cancel the order or not. And it could save you some time.
Yes I get it things take time but they’re being unresponsive. It’s been a week and I haven’t heard a thing, sent several emails and nothing. The website says you will be provided a proof 2-3 days after payment and I have yet to hear even a yes we are working on it. They have for sure got the payment already because I tried on stop it with pay pal but it was already sent.
Then I'd take screenshots of your emails and include them with the claim for PayPal. You'll have to wait a little bit, but I'd assume you'll get a full refund pretty quick based on them not responding.
Yea for sure man trying to give them the benefit of the doubt and give them a chance but I feel like they could at least give me a quick hey we got ya we are busy but we’re on it. I mean their site looks very professional but their communication is not.
Man with so many good US based graphics companies I don’t know why you would even want to deal with someone out of the country. I hope you get it figured out!
I wanted the matte chrome finish they offer, and the website says no extra $ for flo colors or diff finishes. Plus the price was only $160, but I guess you get the service you pay for lol
Paypal is a crook in itself. Best bet is to always pay with a credit card that offers "zero fraud liability". Then when you get taken to the cleaners you just call your credit card and tell them to put a stop/hold on the payment.
Time is money and dealing with PayPal's 3rd party BS just adds time to the process.

I've had to deal with PayPal claims many times, and every single time they have made a quick and correct (in my favor) decision.
PayPals "third-party" nonsense is exactly the same as dealing with any CC third-party nonsense.
I did not know that you had done any of that and was just going off of what you said in your post. So I was not aware you had been trying to contact them. It is unlikely , but if you have not already checked your Spam email folder try looking there or do a search in your email with the company name . I have had emails start going to my spam folder from companies I have dealt with for years all of a sudden. If they have multiple contact emails try sending them one to a different email address. Some of the billing stuff comes from automated emails and might not be checked as often .
Paypal has been quick to resolve stuff in the past for me. So I'm sure they will get you your funds back.
I have no experience with Bling Graphix , and I am not defending them. Just trying to help .
Yea I’ve been searching all thru my email and sending messages to any email I can find on their site. Frustrating because I really wanted the graphics lol

Not sure what experience you’ve had with them but all mine have been good. I just contacted them about the matter and once I showed her all the emails she escalated the matter from a dispute to a claim without me even asking. Great customer service.
Well I got my proofs and a tracking number, proofs turned out well w shall see about the quality when they get here. If you’re looking to save some money and don’t mind waiting a couple weeks on your order they might be for you. Have to say tho their communication is def lacking lol

Hey, saw these comments before buying but still gave it a try. Maybe something changed, but the delivery was was (2weeks), communication was on point too. Maybe something changed in their company, but I can assure that all these problems that I saw in the comments wasn't a case in my purchase process.
NOT recomending! The seller is a morron. My 1st order was a hassles and delays with... got wrong layouts and all kind of problems and the seller was blaming on everything. I decided to give it another chance (it was a mistake!) and now after 2 months still no graphics nor money back and again the seller is blaming on broken legs and what not ... He only replyed to me once I escalated the dispute at PayPal!
yesterday I got a notification that this is delivered and I still havent got anything, emailed them to send over the delivery proof that they wont have because nobody was even there to receive the delivery.
I think thik seller is a fraud and you will have to put a lot of time into this if you want to get things out of there! Do you have that time and is that what you wanna pay for ?

About 3 months ago ordered and paid! no graphix no money back no replyes on emails. This is how this company handles things.
There are sooo many graphics companies out there, no reason for anyone else to chance it with these folks. If you're in the UK try GP Graphics, good guys and girls.
Feel sorry for everyone who's gotten burnt.
Also I've never called out spelling on here but just a heads up it's 'moron' 👍
