2023 Vital Fantasy League (Football)

Crapx2.  I just noticed another Cowboy on my bench in Brandon cooks. 

Huh. My squad was ranked 1st after the draft. 

 That never happens when I pick the players.

I might be willing to take CD off your hands…

I had the 5th in my head from this thread and was super busy with work last week and through the weekend and neglected to check that email account so I missed out on the updates.

Wow, stellar performance by my squad on week 1.

My QB, WR, DEF, & Kicker combined to score .18 points! 

Not 18, but .18.

I’m doing fine and enjoying the league. So far my teams doing well but realize in any fantasy game it can go to shit at any time. This sure keeps my interest in matchups in normally wouldn’t care about. Thanks for putting it together. And as far as 6 or 7 bench spots it doesn’t matter to me. I’m using my 7plus 2 guys coming off of IR 

My autodrafted team sucks. They were ranked #1 after the draft and after an 0-4 start are projected to finish last. Every start/bench decision I make blows up in my face as the guy on the bench puts up numbers while the starter tanks. Joe Burrow and Tee Higgins have been pretty bad to start the year.

Enjoying it so far! Normally, I'm much more active with trades and whatnot, but between the three leagues I'm in and everything going on with life lately, I haven't spent a lot of time dissecting everybody's roster to see some potential trades. If I get some free time I'll dive in - trades are half the fun of fantasy football after all (and my team could probably use it)

Losing my first picks to injury week one was fun. Been rebuilding since and don't have a clue who any of these players are but still fun trying. 

when i used to play i would always just pick Lions players for all positions.  2 or 3 guys would ball out and the rest would be terrible.  this year i think an all Lions team would be doing pretty damn good.

the big shockers are guys like Burrow sucking ass, i would imagine he was pretty close to the #1 draft pick for most teams.

Enjoying the league - although my team isn't too competitive. Hoping we can turn it around and gain some momentum! 

I’d just like to say that my sorry ass team was the first to take down the undefeated 3-0 Tomac’s Achilles.

I got real lucky with some guys. I’ve played this for years and have found it can all go to hell at any minute 😂

Been very lucky with injuries, some of you guys have had some unfortunate injuries right off the bat. I had the first pick and being a Chargers fan I was going to pick Eckeler and at the last second went with McCaffrey who is having an incredible start. 
 

this game is a lot of fun….anyone starting out slow, just hang tight, there are a lot of games yet to play. Whoever had the Bears WR last night killed it! Who would have ever thought that would happen.

Great job to the Champion KennyT! I will message you for your info. I was on a tear at the end and was feeling like I had a chance but I left 100 pts on bench last week and lost by 8 pts. I won the bye in my other $$ 12 standard league and pretty much dominated the season but just lost the playoff this week so I'm out of the superbowl which is next week in that league. Oh The agony of defeat. Lol Good times. 

Thank you guys and I appreciate being included to play. I love fantasy games and the one who used to play folded last year so it was nice of you guys to get one going. Fantasy leagues require a lot of luck and i had that this year.

I am up for any changes or keep it the same. I do feel it could have gone one more week into the season. I’m going to miss having fantasy players in otherwise meaningless games next week. I feel as long as the season doesn’t go into the very last week of the NFL schedule, it is a good thing. Too many teams may sit some valuable players during the last week. 
 

hope everyone’s teams r still alive for the playofffs. My main team is the Chargers and we all know how pitiful they have been. The rams are my number 2 and they r looking good. I like the Lions and Browns too.
