I wonder what happened with the rounds that they had to cancel them? There’s no way to know for sure. I can understand Singapore and maybe Germany, but Canada?
Rarely did I ever see anyone with such talent to make themselves look this ridiculous and incompetent.
What an incredible bunch of losers, hmm, sorry "world class masterminds".
And as for the remaining races, they can say whatever they want, who cares? It's not that the ship has sailed, it actually drowned.
"We want to do everything to the highest standard and to ensure that every WSX experience is a fantastic and memorable one. In keeping with this mantra, the new ownership group decided these calendar revisions were required at this time. The recency of the ownership change has created logistical challenges that are difficult to overcome in a matter of weeks."
Memorable, sure it is.
The success of WSX was always going to be limited given that they tried to directly take on the AMA SX/MX schedule, and they limited the calibre of rider they could attract to riders that teams like HEP, Club and MotoConcepts could sign. Feels like every time they’ve had a big decision to make, they’ve made the wrong one, it was doomed to fail from the start

bummer that Canada is cancelled, but back in the day when we had the 2 rounds in Van, they did not fill even 1/3 of the stadium...and that was with the top riders.
The round in Vancouver never grew. The first year in Toronto the attendance was fairly low, but it grew year over year.
I'm not surprised at all that Vancouver was cancelled.
If they manage to get the series going, they'll be back in Canada.
I know everybody's busy with the US MXDN team, but I'm really surprised there's litterally not one journalist to underline how WSX's last press release is total BS...
They cancel the races because they want everything to reach "the highest standards" and it doesn't. Lol.
"World supersux championship"
Are they even busy with MDXN? There's no real reporting on that either, just speculation on the forums and some cryptic words on a podcast.
Two huge stories going on at once, and we get nothing aside from so-called journalists regurgitating press releases. If people are asking questions, they certainly aren't doing so publicly. No different than what happened with BBMX, a debacle that was hilariously underreported.
I can barely imagine the hell an american MXDN team supporter who had tickets for Singapore and is waiting for a Stark to be delivered is going through.
so Roczen will be a fill in rider next season while his multiple year contract gets cancelled next
Was that the year Heath Voss won the championship?
