Hey alll.. im changing oil and bushings on the forks and oil on shock on my kids bike .I lost my manuel..Does any one have a good setting on this settup as far as oil levels and weight of oil to use on both ends ..Also if ya have a good clicker setting let me know. Hes a 200 pounder..Thanks
Use some standard light weight shock oil, KYB K2C or the like is what I use, in showa and KYB shocks. Those forks are a prime candidate for any standard 5Wt oil, manual will call for SS-19 but any 5 weight will do in your case. 375 mL left , 205mL right if I recall correctly. Just bleed damp rod cartridge appropriately and bleed out the extra prior to instertinf back into outer tube.
