45+ has different rules than 40 and 50. You cant have scored points as a pro and race 45.

Gotcha! Just looking at the classes now (should have done this before), I see that 30+ and 45+ is this sportsman class where forma pros can't race... so why is there all the upset over Browny racing? Surely if folks don't want to race him, they could enter one of these sportsman classes?
