Cheap syringe used for like animals for oral medication. With some fuel hose on the end. And you reverse bleed. Inject from the slave cylinder bleed hole up into the master cylinder. 

I use two syringes for this one for putting the fluid in the other for sucking out the excess from the master cylinder to keep it from making a mess.
