I just came across an interesting stat.
Win list of active riders.
44 tomac
22 roczen
21 j.Lawrence
20 j. Martin
15 ferrandis
If tomac retires from mx. And jett gets another win. He will have the most wins of all active riders.
I just thought it was crazy to be highest at 19 and 7 races into his 450 career.
When he gets to 30 he will be in the top ten all time.
This is from the end of 2022. He’s already passed some interesting names.
Just goes to show that despite Jett making it look easy, these wins are hard to come by.
Breaking Ricky’s record will be difficult but he’s in prime position to be clear second on the list by the end of his career.
Also difficult to compare with the older eras as they used to ride fewer races in each championship, especially when there were 3 classes.

If he was to win 6 overalls per year. It would only take 4 more years to pass js7.
At 6 wins per season it would that 13 more seasons to catch ricky. Ricky's numbers are damn impressive.
Wow, 3 championships and Doug Henry isn't in the top twenty for National wins. CRAZY.
I look at this list and am always surprised at how under appreciated Dungey is. Tomac is praised for his outdoor resume, and he's still behind Dungey.
And then there is the GOAT...
Tomac has more outdoor titles is why. , Dungey and tomac are legends
When you read that list, it’s all about staying injury free. As much as Hannah and RJ won. They should have won at least 15-20 more. Kenny same thing, his 20 450 wins should probably have been closer to 40 with out injuries. The guys that are 1,3,4,6 and 7 stayed pretty injury free over there career that’s the best way to stack wins.
And then there is Stew, even with all the shit he is 2nd. He arguably gave up another perfect season in 09 on a great bike. He has the most what it’s.
