AlpineStars Super Victory Boot Discontinued

I used to run these boots years ago, they broke in so fast & were very comfortable but….. they did not protect my ankles no where near newer modern boots. I had numerous ankle sprains, I finally gave in & started wearing modern boots and my ankle problems went away. Just saying maybe not so bad to try newer more protective boots. 

The AlpineStars website just says out of stock, nothing about discontinued. I love mine! After my last pair of HiPoint ProGP boots couldn't go any further I tried at least three new pairs of "modern boots" but was in more danger from not being able to shift and brake properly than I was from flexible boots. Started wearing my HiPoints again until I found out that AlpineStars Super Victorys were basically the same boot. I don't race anymore so I'm able to get by with a little less protection but a lot better control.

I'm sort of the same, 250 cross...my Hi Points date to the early 90's and developed a hole.  They weren't available at the time (2017), so I bought a more modern boot.  Only rode in them once and switched back to my worn HPs. 

OK...didn't give them much of a chance and really should, but I'd still jump at a size 11 Super Victory if I could find one!

I still use a set of old Hi-Points and they had a hole from an incident kick starting one of my CR500s. I took them to a local shoe repair shop and I don't know what they did, but you can't even tell where the hole was.
