Pants run small, jerseys are slightly large.

Ok on the pants like one size to small or just a little tighter then normal, and how is the knee and thigh area? I wear knee braces.

I would say pretty similiar to No Fear. I wear a 32 pant and both companies including Thor I can fit in all size 32. The built in elastic waist is good. The stuff wears well and I wear EVS WEB's and they fit fine. Jerseys are a tad large and gloves are good. The Zero glove is nice and light and doesn't bunch up.
Good stuff

I used to wear Thor and the One Gear seems to fit size wise the same, but the One stuff fits a ton more confortable.

the one stuff is good. I have a 32" waist and I bought the pants in 34" They are a little big but still ok. The one gear seems to be pretty good. I also have used the TLD gear for the last 3 years. I love the TLD stuff.

I cant really compare it to Fox, but Ive used nothing but No Fear since I started in 02...both Elektron and Rogue. The gear fits well. Like someone else said, the jerseys do run a little large, but I wear an under-jersey protector the majority of the time (over-the-jersey for hardpack tracks) so it works out well. The knee/thigh areas of the pants have good room for knee braces. I do like the Elektron stuff a little better overall (more adjustment with the pants and a little more venting with the jersey), but both are nice. One thing I have noticed recently though is that Im going through gloves after about a season and a half - two on them.

No Fear stuff is pretty true to size...I wear a 36 jean/cargo pant and I just got a set of 2010 Rouge today in a 36 and it is just about perfect, granted I always take out the hip pads because I wear padded shorts but No fear is usually spot on.

Like someone else said No Fear jerseys run a bit big, but if you wear underarmor like myself I buy them in an XL...I am 6'4" and bout 195.

One Ind. gear looks like it is of good quality. It's made in Vietnam which happens to be where the O'Neal Hardware line is made. One Ind. must have had a huge amount of '09 gear unsold due to the number of local and national clearance adds that I've seen recently.

Maybe you deserve to get some factory support from them and you can get some for free?

Mmm, I'll agree. The vents around the knee I cut off after 2 motos. Fell off in the first corner and they practically ripped straight off. BTW thats the 360 gear. "top of the line"
