Just kidding, all good, works great, highly recommended. Notice how I have the pin flush with the top of the damper arm? That was to maximize pin/damper arm contact yet still have enough travel. This particular pin had adequate flats, so it turned out perfect.

Couldn’t tell from pic 1 how much engagement length was available. I asked Scotts if they had a kit or application instructions for the SFS fit, and they said they never tried it or heard of it….🙃

I did, too. Total wild goose chase, so I started buying top clamps to fit check and voila, Fastway's to clamp did the trick.
