Could you recognize a track by the bike sound?

Here, Marc Marquez can identify tracks by the sound. I'm pretty sure I could recognize some tracks I have ridden a lot, like Budds Creek, but this is pretty cool. Supercross would be tough.

That is impressive but I'm not surprised. Of the 18 current tracks, Marc has played those songs hundreds of times every year for the last 10 years in MotoGP alone. I suspect he recognizes the length & speed of the turns and time in between. He's also seen track data- throttle position over time, etc.

I suspect motocross tracks would be more about recognizing the jumps and time in between. Count the whoops!

I think Washougal would have a unique sound. Both HP Hill and the Whoops.
