KYB LSF hybrid fork. Could ML give us more details how its done and if it will be out for public coming years? Seems Tomac and MXGP Yamaha teams are using them. (Bits from MXGP)
Other small detail was stiffer swingarm they are using MXGP, does Tomac use something similar?

Tear down video, ML? Last I checked, you still owe us a kit suspension comparison/breakdown test so you should do this to make up for it haha 🫡
It’s been talked about before. They use half the standard spring rate and air for the rest so you have spring feel and weight savings.
I think this is similar to the coppersmith aero hybrid? I was thinking about this when I was disassembling my 6500's the other day and putting the aer back in, playing with the internals side by side.. There is no way to get a spring fork to have the awesome bottoming resistance of air. I think they're onto something. MXA raves about the coppersmith stuff too.
I wonder if anyone else will develop a 6500 cartridge in one side/xact aer other side setup as a spring conversion alternative. In theory it should kick tail. if anyone needs a test rider I'm available
It should just be a stiff-ish spring and some more restrictive damping. Be even cooler if there were some secondary damping on the air side since it's still a fluid system (like enzo spring tubes or JBI perches).
