Got an arc clutch perch that is missing the wheel and and the adjustment piece that goes in the perch. Anyone know how to get ahold of arc ? Years ago you could call them now it seems like it’s never anyone there to answer since they sold out to streamline Tried email Instagram and phone

This is becoming more common in all industries. Personal service has gone down the tubes imo.
I agree I’m not sure how you would even turn in the lifetime warranty that they offer at this point

Idk but I live about two blocks from asv inventions and customer service is great. Always has a full staff at hand. I just walk in and grab what I need.
That’s a bummer. I didn’t realize ARC was sold. They were always top notch and responsive when I had issues (rare issues). Does seem like this kind of stuff happens a lot though. Guy builds company, company grows because guy puts in the work, guy sells company to large corporation, large corporation runs guy’s company into dirt. Rinse, repeat
The quality of the product is still the same/ good. Just can’t get ahold of anyone regarding the product. The quick adjust in needing didn’t come with the perch when I got it so in order to use it I need to find out how I can buy the replacement parts
Nobody has any help. The same amount of customers but no employees, you can't turn every part of your business into self-checkout lines. Between buying everything in what seems like Pesos now, and no staffing anywhere we are becoming a third world country. Shame.
So true and unfortunate. I've been trying to contact ARC, Cycra and Kuryakyn and nobody is responding to my inquiries.

I tried contacting Arc a few months ago about a lever for my xr400 and never heard back.
I emailed ASV and they got back to me the next day. Guess who I am going with?

UPDATE: eventually got through to them through instagram think I have the problem fixed and the replacement parts on the way
I was in at ASV last week and they have so many options and good service. Their business seems to be humming along. So awesome to see an American company (in SoCalif, no less) kicking butt!
Works connection , any Parts Unlimited dealer , WPS dealer maybe others too ,should all be able to get the parts to rebuild or replace missing items as far as ARC . I have heard that there were some issues with availability around the time they were bought by Streamline. I think that has been taken care of now.
It really stinks , but right now the industry is doing well , but finding good people to work is harder than ever. I hear it from all of my customers who own their own bossiness. If you have good workers take care of them as well as you can!

Back again with an update.
After waiting 3 weeks my package showed up today with what I thought was the parts I needed but guess what I only got what I ordered when I was told to buy the rebuild and include in the notes what I needed added to it and etc. first picture shows what I got. Second picture with dirty parts shows what I have been trying for a month to get
